We are currently seeking team members for our active and growing Aquatics Group. The position may be either fully remote, or report to one of our many offices in the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, or Southeast regions.

 

 

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and technical skills as well as the ability and desire to work on challenging projects that involve the development of aquatics facilities all over the world, ranging from rooftop pools to collegiate competition pools, municipal facilities, resorts, and even water parks.

 

This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills, gain professional registration, and be an integral part of a company with an outstanding reputation. Candidates must be amenable to both local and out of state travel for project meetings, permitting hearings, and public engagement.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Design, engineer, and manage a range of aquatics projects
  • Conduct aquatic facility audits and prepare feasibility studies
  • Perform code and technical reviews
  • Coordinate with architectural, engineering, landscape, and construction teams
  • Produce construction drawings and specifications
  • Issue permit drawings and interface with the public health authority
  • Perform site reviews and issue field reports
  • Review contractor submittals and RFI’s
  • Monitor project fee budgets and schedules

What you will bring:

  • Ambition and desire to grow professionally as an engineer
  • A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering or architecture
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ related experience preferred; all levels of experience are invited to apply
  • Pursuing EIT or other professional licensure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, and/or Revit
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Be organized and reliable.
  • Active Driver’s License
