Project Manager - Wastewater Operations

Weston & Sampson Services is seeking an experienced project manager with at least 5 years of supervision/management experience to support the operations and maintenance of a municipal wastewater treatment facility.

What you’ll do:

• Normal supervision and management tasks to include operating, maintaining, and managing the wastewater treatment system in compliance with permits and regulations
• Generating, reviewing, and submitting reports
• Scheduling and planning work assignments for field/operations staff
• Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance work
• Available for on-call emergency coverage after-hours, weekends, and holidays, as needed

What you will bring: 

• Minimum of five (5) years of wastewater/water/utility supervision/management experience 
• MA Full Grade 6C Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator license
• Experience working with municipalities
• Additional water and/or wastewater licenses/certifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Good verbal and written communication skills, math skills
• Ability to read complex technical instructions
• Valid Driver’s License
