Architect Co-op Fall 2024

Weston & Sampson is seeking Architectural students for our Fall Co-op on our Facilities team out of our Foxboro, MA office location.

What you’ll do:

• Assist project teams with on-site investigations, condition assessments, and construction observations, which may include preparing site visit reports and taking photographs.
• Organize field data and assist with research of modern and historic construction documents, building codes, and design guidelines for clients throughout New England.
• Assist project teams with the preparation of preliminary and final client deliverables, including architectural construction documents, renderings, and other graphic deliverables.

What you'll bring: 

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Students with 2 years of coursework completed are preferred.
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to effectively organize, manage and coordinate multiple assignments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Introductory knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license
