    As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated, Deltek Vision Administrator.  The Deltek Vision Administrator is responsible for maintaining the system, data, workflows, training and reporting inside of Deltek Vision to support the family of companies of Weston & Sampson companies with nearly 600 employees and in 12 states.  The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities and qualifications:



    ·    Lead the configuration, implementation and ongoing monitoring of the ERP, CRM and SRIS application

    ·    Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments

    • Assist with new hire orientation of the system
    • Support the efficient use of the system
    • Custom workflows and user defined components
    • Import historical records from acquired companies
    • Create custom reports
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training to users
    • Audit and manage Vision security roles
    • Audit data to determine if there are duplicates or bad data
    • Coordinate with HR, IT, accounting, marketing and project teams
    • Oversee integrations between applications and ensure successful communication
    • Monitor the applications, as well as, document and analyze problems and develop maintenance schedules
    • Troubleshoot errors and issues with staff
    • Liaison with Deltek and related vendors
    • Maintain on-going evaluations of the system
    • Travel to other offices as required



    • Four to eight years of Deltek Vision experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and at least 3 years additional of equivalent experience is preferred
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and similar software and technical support with Project Management software a plus
    • Experience with SQL
    • Ability to solve problems quickly and completely
    • Work well both as an individual as well as a team player
