    Responsibilities

    Weston & Sampson is looking for an experienced Licensed Site Professional for their Environmental group.  Successful candidate should have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience with assessment and remediation of Massachusetts Disposal Sites in accordance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan. Experience with development of site conceptual models, vapor intrusion and fate and transport analysis of contaminants is required.  The ideal candidate should also possess a strong working knowledge of local, state and federal permitting requirements and experience working with municipal and private clients. Knowledge of design document preparation including plans and specifications preferred.  Strong writing and interpersonal skills are required.

     

    This position will be located in either our Peabody or Worcester office.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geology or Environmental Science.
    • 12-15 years of field and office experience including phase I assessments, subsurface investigations, soil and groundwater sampling.
    • Current OSHA 40 certification.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, EXCEL and GIS.
    • AutoCAD experience preferable
    • Professional registration as a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional .
    • Valid driver’s license.
