We are currently seeking an experienced civil engineer with 5-10 years of experience who would like to be part of a growing team in Peabody, MA. Successful candidates need to be interested planning, design, permitting, and construction of public infrastructure improvements. Clients will include municipal Planning and Public Works Departments, and state agencies. Strong communication skills will be required to support coordination with clients, project area stakeholders, and team members. Understanding of construction contract document preparation, bidding, and contract administration is required. Experience with design and construction of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, stormwater collection systems, and roadway/streetscape is preferred. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred. Applicant must be able to manage workload, speak and write proficiently, and use senior and junior resource to manage delivery of complex projects. Candidates will need to be able to travel to sites and clients in New England periodically (valid driver’s license required).
