    Responsibilities

    This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the team to complete specific projects and serves clients, and general repairs.

     

    Weston & Sampson is looking for an individual to perform general mechanic duties including preventative maintenance and repair on our company fleet of vehicles and on occasion, working on pumps and generators.  In addition, assistance with our Shop Manager with duties in the shop.  

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Position Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • A minimum of 5 years mechanical experience is required.
    • Has working knowledge of all auto repairs including, but not limited to:
      • Oil Changes
      • Tire replacement
      • Brake work
      • Diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
      • Tune-ups
      • Exhaust systemValid Driver’s license
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and must be able to climb at ladder, minimum of 15 feet.
    • Good written and verbal communication, customer service, problem solving and organizational skills.
    • Organized and able to check in parts and keep inventory.
