Responsibilities

We have an immediate opening for a Civil Engineer with a focus in hydrogeology and geo-environmental engineering. The candidate will be responsible for Phase I Dam inspections and Dam safety reporting, seepage analyses, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, monitoring of field explorations, and observing construction activities. The candidate will also assist with preparation of proposals, technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings.

 

Qualifications

 

The candidate must have excellent technical writing skills verified by samples of work substantially prepared by the candidate. Additional position requirements are as follows:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Dam safety experience is preferred.
  • AutoCAD experience is preferred.
  • 0 to 3 years’ experience.
  • The successful candidate must be an EIT.
