Responsibilities

Weston & Sampson is seeking a qualified candidate with a minimum 8-15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology or related fields, and a Licensed Environmental Professional in the State of Connecticut to work out of our Rocky Hill, CT office. Candidate must have experience working in the environmental field with the focus on project management and site investigation and remediation. Candidate must have expertise with the CTDEEP Remediation Standard Regulations (RSRs) and federal (TSCA) and Connecticut PCB regulations. Candidate must have experience with assessment and remediation of PCBs in the environment and in building materials.

 

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone with experience in assessing and remediating sites in Connecticut in accordance with various State and Federal programs and who has specific experience in site verification. Must have a minimum 8- 12 years experience in dealing with multiple projects and clients along with managing technical, budgetary and client aspects of projects. Candidate must have the interest to expand work tasks and to continue to develop business with municipalities, utilities, and industrial clients in Connecticut and New England.

 

Qualifications

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and organization and time management skills are required. Individual must have experience with client management and business development.

Some travel will be required to client meetings and project sites. Must have LEP or able to attain within two years and show experience in site verification.
