Responsibilities

Weston & Sampson is seeking a qualified candidate with 10+ years of professional experience in structural/bridge engineering, working out of our Boston, MA office.  

 

Responsibilities:

Duties will include assisting with the planning, design, and construction administration of a variety of structural bridge or building related projects for public clients.  Proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT or MicroStation is required.  Must have experience in dealing with multiple projects and clients along with managing technical, budgetary and client aspects of projects.  The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Transportation Program Manager to assist in proposal writing with the goal of growing a structural group in New England.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and organization and time management skills are required.  Some travel will be required to client meetings and project sites.  BS in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural is required; MS in Structural Engineering is a plus.  Must have NCEES Record with a PE or SE License in structural engineering.
