Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Forms and Reports Creation - Gather requirements from customers, helping them to determine their needs. Based on these requirements, design and create forms to facilitate data collection. Using the data collected from the form and the requirements, build reports to share the data collected. Test and deploy your output. Support and modify existing forms and reports.
  • Software Testing - Provide software application testing as needed. Execute Structured Query Language (SQL) queries as an integral component of testing. Provide detailed feedback to developers. Document your findings.
  • Software Support - Support legacy software applications running on computers or tablets. Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
  • Device Support - Help support and troubleshoot iOS device issues including form and report issues. Identify and document software loading and performance problems.
  • Customer and Technician Support – Be the first line of support for internal and external users. Troubleshoot issues and document.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Basic SQL knowledge and database concepts
  • Functional knowledge of devices and tablets
  • Working knowledge of form building
  • Knowledge of JasperReports a plus
  • Comfortable using basic features of Excel
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to speak with clients internal and external.
  • Technically inclined and the ability to search out answers when needed.
  • Ability to be organized, share knowledge and work independently as well as collaboratively. 

Education and Experience

  • Four year degree in a Science or Technical Field or equivalent experience
  • One – two years forms and report creation experience.
  • SQL Experience
  • Customer support experience
  • Software testing experience a plus
